Self-avoidance Is Not The Answer

It can manifest in many ways, and there are negative consequences that come with it, including avoiding nurturing self, suppressing emotions, and seeking external validation. Here's why it's essential to recognize and address self-avoidance:

When individuals avoid addressing their emotions and needs, they can experience heightened stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional turmoil. Recognizing self-avoidance is crucial for maintaining good mental health.
