Some people do not care about the hard work you contributed to be who you are today. They will try to remind you who you were in the past with ill intentions, but you have to rise above the negativity. Keep it moving and live out your purpose. Those around you will hear your voice and pay attention to your actions, which will help them in their journey.
Continue to choose kindness, empathy, and compassion even in the face of cruelty. Do not worry about your enemies. When you live out your life’s purpose, God will show you that you are on the right path. Have faith in your Spirit Leaders. You are highly protected during your walk on living out your purpose, so keep your vibrations high to remain laser-focused. Below are some strategies to help you keep your vibrations high:
Practice Gratitude: Acknowledge everything you are thankful for daily, which will shift your focus from negative emotions to positive ones. Reflecting on past challenges also gives a sense of relief. I am so thankful for serving in the Marine Corps for nine years, and although I have come against many challenges, my children and I are safely transitioning into our next chapter in life.
Do Not Be Afraid to Be Alone: Do not fear of being alone. Trust that you are already whole and have all the resources you need to care for yourself. Go for walks, read books, meditate. Do not get tricked by what you see on or outside social media regarding “couples’ goals.” You do not know what goes on behind the scenes. Be thankful for your freedom, and enjoy and appreciate your presence.
Be Present, Be Mindful: Focusing on the present reduces negative emotions such as stress and anxiety and assists you with focusing on your goals. Be mindful of your thoughts and feelings and take time to analyze them.
Surround Yourself with Positivity: Spend time with people who uplift and support you. Do not fear walking away from those you feel are hindering you from operating in a high vibration. Trust your intuition. Practice self-care, go outside in nature, use positive affirmations, and or listen to uplifting music that resonates with you.
Forgiveness: Let go of grudges and practice forgiveness for yourself first, then others. Holding onto negative emotions hinders you from receiving the things you are asking for in this lifetime (e.g., abundance, financial independence, assistance)
It takes strength to remain disciplined and consistent while dealing with all types of experiences in life. We are still human with emotions. Do not feel threatened by your feelings because you cannot control, understand, or rationalize them. Explore and investigate them. Pray as many times as you need to. Distance yourself without thinking about what others may think of you. Focus on your goals. Sharing your experiences and successes will lift others. Protect your mind and your heart!
