I was at a park around nine o'clock in the morning when I decided to go to a spa. I researched spas and saw Praha Spa & Salt, but there were other options. My eyes landed on the name, and I explored the website and purchased the services through the website. However, I realized it was 2 hours away after making my appointment. I was frustrated. I didn't want to cancel any services because I had to pick up my children from school, and traffic in the evening in Miami, Florida, is the worst. However, something gave me a feeling of comfort to continue to take that trip, and I did.
When I arrived, I was amazed at how beautiful the facility was. While signing in, an employee offered me different drinks. I chose tea, and she bought out of a box of yogi tea and honey.
My first service was the spiritual healing. It's a treatment involving energy transfer from the healer to the client. It promotes self-healing by relaxing the body, releasing tensions, and strengthening the body's immune system. The practitioner was friendly and gentle and had a beautiful aura. I felt so relieved and stress-free after her services. We had a great conversation afterward, and her delivery was professional. I received this service to assist me in connecting to my spiritual side. Just like we nurture our minds and bodies, we should also nurture our souls.
After that, I entered the salt cave known as halotherapy, known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. It is entirely natural, drug-free, and safe. Inhaling dry salt can help enhance overall wellness by eliminating toxins from your respiratory system, purifying your skin, improving your immune system, and providing other benefits. The floor, the walls, and the ceiling of the salt cave were covered with Himalayan pink crystal salt. It is so beautiful. Once she turned the light off, I grabbed the blanket from the chair, closed my eyes, and rested.
Lastly, I received a therapeutic massage, and it was so good. I didn't have any tension or pain, especially from the spiritual healing service, but I wanted a full massage anyway.
Overall, all the employees were easy to talk to and thoughtful, and the services were expectational. I enjoyed my visit and highly recommend Praha Spa & Salt if you are located near Naples, Florida.
